If you have a cool new product idea but aren’t sure how to bring it to the market because you don’t have the right resources or you don’t know-how, then you just need to document your idea and set up a free 60 minutes consultation. Our development team experts will look after your project until it’s launched. We act like your own in-house development team.
Even if you have started your project but stuck in between then also our experts will look after it until its complete and live.

1. Free Consultation

3. Team Building
Together, we will define which Gritsa experts are the best for your project needs. We are web/mobile developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and more.
5. Development Process
Design & development will make progress, facilitated through Agile practices such as weekly planning, demos, and daily checkpoints. We can also travel to your headquarters or receive your in-house team in our offices at some point during the project for facetime.
2. Alignment & Proposal
Following the meeting, we’ll put together a custom proposal for you and both sides will agree on commercial terms.
We work with a T&M model, with a budget cap as well as a flexible scope.
4. Kick-Off
The team aligns expectations and the project gets underway! We rely on modern, practical tools to establish a clear line of communication, such as Skype and Zoom.
6. Product Launch
After the MVP’s release, we can continue working on future iterations to add and increment features. If you decide to move forward with other partners or in-house employees, we will handover the project information to the new team via an organized knowledge transfer process.
